Two bills, and only one of them is ours

Meta charges you per message, directly, at rates Meta publishes. We charge for the software and the work. Keeping those two apart is the first thing to understand about what this costs.

What we charge for

Every level below includes your number connected, your business verification with Meta seen through, and the templates you start with written and approved. The difference is how much of your business the messaging reaches.

  • Essential

A business that wants its number off one handset and onto a team, without connecting anything else yet.

    $99per month

Plus a one-off setup of $349. Meta’s charges are billed to you separately.

    • Your number connected, history brought across
    • Shared inbox for a small team
    • Your first message templates, written and approved
    • Onboarding and training
    • Support by e-mail and WhatsApp
    Talk to us
  • Business

The usual starting point for a manufacturer or distributor: the inbox, plus messages going out to customers.

    $249per month

Plus a one-off setup of $649. Meta’s charges are billed to you separately.

    • Everything in Essential
    • A larger team, with conversations assigned by account
    • Campaigns to your opted-in contacts
    • Templates written and maintained as Meta's rules change
    • One connection to your own system
    • Quality rating and messaging limits watched for you
    Talk to us
  • Operations

A business that wants WhatsApp wired into how it actually runs, across several systems and several sites.

    $599per month

Setup quoted with the connection work. Meta’s charges are billed to you separately.

    • Everything in Business
    • Several connections to your own systems
    • Two-way where you need it: replies sent back into your system, built with the connection
    • Reporting built around your own process
    • A named person who knows your setup

What is not in the monthly fee

Two things sit outside it, and both are quoted before you agree to them. Connecting one of your own systems is quoted once we have looked at it, because the work depends entirely on what the system will let us do. And Meta bills you per message, directly, on your own account.

You still get a written quote after the demo covering the whole thing, and nothing starts until you say so.

What the monthly fee covers

The fee is for the software and the people behind it. This is the whole of it, grouped the way you will use it; each level on the cards above reaches further into this list.

  • One inbox for the whole team

Your number, answered by people who can all see the same conversation.

    • Shared inbox on your existing business number
    • Conversations assigned to a person, by account
    • Your history brought across and kept; recent conversations searchable by text
    • Photos, voice notes and PDFs in the same thread
    • Keeps working alongside the WhatsApp Business app on the handset
  • Messages that go out right

Templates and campaigns that survive Meta's rules and reviews.

    • Message templates written, submitted and kept approved
    • Campaigns to the contacts who opted in, paced for your rating
    • Quality rating and messaging limits watched for you
    • Rewritten when Meta's rules change, without you asking
  • Your own systems, sending on their own

The order, dispatch and invoice your software already knows about.

    • Connected by a URL call, an API or database, or a file
    • Order, dispatch, delivery and payment messages sent automatically
    • Replies sent back into your system where you need them, built and quoted with the connection
    • Reporting built around your own process
  • AI that helps the person replying

It drafts; your team decides what goes out. Nothing is sent on its own.

    • Suggested replies drawn from the conversation and your own past answers
    • A summary of a long thread for whoever picks it up
    • A quote drafted from the chat, ready for approval
    • Rewriting a draft: shorter, politer, or in the customer's language
    • Voice notes transcribed and photos read into text
  • People who know your setup

A managed service, not a login and a help centre.

    • Meta business verification seen through with you
    • Onboarding and training for your team
    • Support by e-mail and WhatsApp
    • A named person who knows your setup

What Meta charges, separately

Meta bills you per message. The rate depends on the category of the message and on where your customer is, and Meta both publishes the rates and changes them.

  • You pay Meta, not us. A payment method on your own Meta account, charged by Meta. It never passes through us, so we never mark it up.
  • Utility and authentication cost less than marketing. Order and delivery updates sit in the cheapest bands; promotional sends sit in the most expensive.
  • Replies to a customer who messaged you first are free up to a monthly allowance within the 24-hour window that opens when they write to you. The allowance starts on 1 October 2026, set by Meta per business phone number; replies beyond it are charged at the same rate as a utility message to that country, and Meta stops delivering them if your WhatsApp account has no payment method. Meta’s developer documentation sets out the change, and our guide explains what to check before it starts.

We do not restate Meta's rates here on purpose

A page that quotes them is wrong the first time Meta moves them, and being wrong about your bill is worse than sending you one click away. The current rates are on Meta’s own pricing page, and we will walk through what your volume actually means at the demo.

Is the price on this page the price I pay you?

Yes. The monthly figure on each card is our fee, and it does not change with how many messages you send. The two things quoted separately are the one-off setup and any connection to your own systems, because both depend on what we find when we look. Meta's charges are a different bill entirely and are never included in ours.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes, and it costs less: pay for ten months and get twelve. Monthly is the default and there is no minimum term on it.

What will Meta charge me?

Meta bills you per message, at rates that depend on the message category and your customer's country, and Meta publishes those rates itself. That money never passes through us and we never mark it up. You add a payment method to your own Meta account and Meta charges it directly.

Is there a free trial?

No. Connecting a real business number involves business verification with Meta and approved templates, which is real work on both sides, so a self-serve trial would not be honest. What there is instead is a demo, and a written quote you can walk away from.

Do you charge per message?

No. We charge for the software and the work. The per-message charge is Meta's and it is billed to you, not to us.

What currency do you quote in?

US dollars by default, which keeps a quote comparable across the countries we work in. If you would rather see Pakistani rupees, ask and we will quote in rupees.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, and it is on the card: $349 on Essential and $649 on Business, once, at the start. It pays for real work rather than paperwork: business verification with Meta seen through, your number connected without losing your history, your first templates written and approved, and your team trained on the inbox. On Operations it is quoted with the connection work, because a system that can call a web address is a day and a system nobody has the credentials for is not.

What does connecting my own system cost?

It is quoted per system after we look at it, because a system that can call a URL is a day's work and a system nobody has credentials for is not. We will tell you which yours is before you spend anything.

Can I stop?

Yes. Your number, your WhatsApp Business Account and your conversation history are yours and stay yours. We hand back what is yours and delete what is ours to delete, on the terms set out on the client terms and data deletion pages linked in the footer.
